Domestic orders may take 3-5 business days to be delivered

International orders may take 7-16 business days to be delivered

Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We will email you a paid postage shipping label. It is your responsibility to package & ship your return back to us within 30 days of receiving your order.

All products will have measurements included on the product page with detailed information. Fret not, we offer free returns (USA only). If you are unsure about a size, please ask us, we are happy to help :) 

Our original Vinty collection is made in USA, Dallas Texas by loving local seamstresses. We try our best to source fabrics that are milled in the USA, with fair trade & eco-conscious sustainable practices.

Our Vintage remakes or 1-of-1 pieces are either made from a local seamstress or personally by our head designers Mads or Marisa.

We believe in total transparency. All products have detailed information on their product page. 

We source our vintage clothes/fabrics from all over the USA and Europe. 

We only source vintage clothes/fabrics in almost brand new condition. We have a trained seamstress on staff so vintage clothing/fabrics are repaired & washed before being sold.

We believe in slow fashion quality pieces at an affordable & fair price. We are not like most clothing companies. Our costs go to the actual production of the piece & the people who make them.

We make our Vinty original designs in USA and production fees are much higher than oversees. We source quality high-end fabrics. We work hard at sourcing materials from companies who share our same message of sustainability. We want our products to last for many generations.

We aim to make products that feel good while wearing them, physically and emotionally, knowing your purchase came from a meaningful company.
